The reputation of the Michaud name stems from its longevity, given that the shop’s tradition of expertise dates back to 1909, when Charles-Louis Michaud opened his first shop. One hundred and eleven years later, the store is still owned by the fourth generation of the Michaud family.

In 2011 Michaud opened a second boutique in the ski resort of Verbier, in the Valais region, under the responsibility of Jean-Nicolas Michaud, the brother of the Neuchâtel Michauds. In the cosy but refined mountain chalet ambiance, watch brands are displayed to their best advantage, and products are presented using the latest cutting-edge technology. This year TAG Heuer joined the brands represented by the retailer, and can now offer its range of timepieces to a demanding sports-loving clientele.
