Press release

In 2005, Louis Vuitton created the Tambour Diving collection, its first diving watch. Five years later, the House is launching the Tambour Diving II collection.
The Tambour Diving II timepiece is distinctively sporty in its design and function: a unidirectional rotating bezel, streamlined dial, and large luminescent indicators that make it easy to read the time. A subtle detail that will appeal to divers, the seconds counter at 6 o'clock adopts the codes of the diver's flag (red with a white diagonal stripe).
The collection comprises four models:
- Two designs with a more traditional black dial: two different case sizes, 39.5mm for the large model and 44mm for the extra large version
- A version with a blue dial, in a limited edition of 200 pieces
- A luxurious version in pink gold with a blue dial and red bezel
Available from January 2011 in Louis Vuitton stores.
