In this auction, Patrizzi & Co bring together a sublime choice of items from every important facet of the history of horology. From historically important Breguet documents to elegant chatelaines to unique chronometers, wristwatches, pocket watches and clocks, this sale has something for everyone – collectors and amateurs alike.

Also, well represented in the sale is Rolex Daytona. This is especially significant for Patrizzi & Co because it coincides with the launch of the Patrizzi Pocket Expert series with the first in the series being devoted to the Rolex Daytona. The Patrizzi Pocket Expert Rolex Daytona will shortly be followed by a Patrizzi Pocket Expert dedicated to the Omega Speedmaster and other Patrizzi Pocket Experts covering many other well known references and brands.

Extremely important historic Breguet document, testifying to the arrival of Breguet in Neuchâtel in October 1793 and his welcome by the municipal authorities.

An octagonal form pocket watch made in 1805 by the English watchmaker Ilbery for the Chinese market in gold, enamel, pearl and agate. One of the most beautiful examples of precious stone timepieces of the period.

An elegant oval form gold pocket watch attributed to Jaquet Droz, made for the Chinese market with a painted on enamel country scene surrounded by a paillon garland and blue and white enamel, circa 1799.

An extremely rare 18K yellow gold Piguet, half hunting-cased, keyless, carillon pocket watch on four gongs with four hammers, clockwatch with grande sonnerie, minute repeating, strike/silent function, and a three-part enamel dial, circa 1900.
