Only 120 m from the main entrance of the BaselWorld and next to the well renowned Hotel Europe, Reuge offers here a possibility to listen undisturbed to the pieces of the Art of Mechanical Music.
Starting March 2 it is open to the general public, whereas from March 23 to March 31 the international clientele and press will be at the Rendez-vous.
Shown in this beautiful retail space are the creations of Reuge, the only manufacturer of high end music boxes and singing birds. Whether traditional pieces with wonderful wood-inlay, singing birds from today or the newest models of 2011 - all of them will be exposed.
However, differently from traditional fancy exhibitions, Reuge has chosen to use very simple white tables and brown chairs which will, after the BaselWorld, be donated to charity. Another example that Reuge makes music boxes but thinks quite outside the box!
