Sotheby's autumn sale of Important Watches will be staged in Geneva onSunday 14 November 2010.

Bringing together an impressive range of timepieces charting the evolution of watchmaking from the 1620 to the present day, the auction will be spearheaded by an exceptional selection of very rare enamel timepieces, made for the Chinese and Turkish markets during the 18th and 19th centuries.

Featuring 244 lots estimated in excess of CHF 5.5 million, the sale will also feature blue chip vintage and modern wristwatches, along with historic pocket watches, set to generate excitement among collectors from all corners of the globe.
