Hans-Kristian Hoejsgaard, who had been Timex Group president and chief executive officer since February 2008, has left the company “to pursue other interests,” said a company spokesman. His departure in October wasn't officially announced, but was confirmed Jan. 19 by sources at Time Group.“The company is current conducting a search for a new CEO,” says Frank A. Sherer, Jr., Timex Group Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Legal. “It is in the very early stages, and when a new CEO is selected, an announcement will be made at that time.” Until then, Timex Group Chairman Anette S. Olsen is acting CEO.
