Belisar big date with carbon dial

With a keen sense of style, Union Glashütte has expanded its Belisar collection to include an attractive version with big date and carbon dial. The modern allrounder combines a sporty masculine design with watchmaking craftsmanship made in Glashütte – these characteristics will make the hearts of men beat faster.

The sporty nature of the timepiece is accentuated in the carbon dial. The feather-light yet high-strength material immediately conjures up images of fast sports cars.  Its characteristic fibre structure corresponds with the attractive hole pattern of the black leather strap. This joins directly onto the black coated case to give the appearance of almost perfect unity. The screwed-on flanks, an unmistakable feature of all timepieces in the Belisar collection, were designed in black for this model and blend in harmoniously with the arrangement of light and dark watches.

The modern character of the watch design provides a fascinating contrast to the large, sharply formed Arabic numerals at twelve, six and nine o'clock and to the nostalgic digits in the big date at three o'clock. The fast switching big date gives the Belisar model its particular appearance, quite in keeping with the Glashütte tradition. Superluminova on the hour indices, Arabic numerals and hands guarantees optimum readability, even in weak light, and visually accentuates the sporty nature of this watch.

As with all the timepieces in the Belisar collection, this one is also driven by a high-quality ETA movement, manufactured and refined in Glashütte. The exclusive Union Glashütte rotor is finished with the company's skeletonised brand lettering and the Glashütte stripes. The leather strap is equipped with a butterfly buckle with two push-buttons.
