Perfectly mastered ergonomics ensuring a total weight of just 96 grams including the strap

A racecar-inspired design with taut lines and a mainplate and bridges featuring numerous parallel segments; Haute Horlogerie finishes and technology at the forefront of watchmaking ‘motorization’: there’s no doubt that this new Richard Mille RM 30-01 is perfectly in tune with the brand’s DNA. In addition to its function selector and large date, Richard Mille’s technical development on this model includes a variable-geometry rotor that automatically disconnects from the winding device once the movement has reached 55 hours of autonomy. This development enables the caliber to operate at all times within the optimum torque range of the barrel spring. When the energy of the barrel begins to decline at the 40-hour mark, the rotor engages again, with an indicator appearing the dial at 11 o’clock. Precision knows no boundaries…

The editorial tream was impressed by the new design of Caliber RMAR2, in which a combination of depth and diamond-shaped geometry endow this timepiece with its inimitably technical appearance.
