I really enjoyed testing the Doxa SUB 250T GMT Professional for several reasons. Firstly, its color: bold, functional, iconic. It stands out, asserts an identity. This cult hue for DOXA recalls its pioneering spirit. In the 1960s, the brand collaborated with Jacques-Yves Cousteau and the US Divers Company to identify the most visible color underwater. Orange won! This color evokes the entire fascinating era for me. It makes me want to explore, to push the adventure further. The hand dedicated to the second time zone also inspires a desire for travel. Finally, I appreciate that its robustness and excellent water resistance do not compromise either the aesthetics or the wearing comfort.

This sporty, dynamic watch won me over with its "Punchy" side, while remaining elegant with its bright steel bracelet. I would gladly wear it during the summer with outfits in bright colors.

I had the pleasure of testing the Doxa SUB 250T GMT, released this year, just before Watches and Wonders 2025, and my impressions are clear: this is a watch with plenty of pep and a great look! As soon as you have it on your wrist, you feel its decidedly sporty side, but with an elegance that surprises and seduces. The highlight is clearly the color of its dial: this incredible orange is vibrant and full of life, giving this piece a beautiful energy.
Beyond its aesthetics, the Doxa SUB 250T GMT is a concentration of technique. Its 40 mm x 42.90 mm stainless steel case offers a perfect balance between presence and comfort, even for a woman's wrist like mine. Powered by a Swiss automatic movement with a 50-hour power reserve, it ensures precision and reliability. Its GMT function is super practical for travel, and despite its robust diver DNA with water resistance up to 250 meters, it is worn with disconcerting ease daily, without ever being "too much." This is a watch that perfectly combines functionality and style, ready for all adventures, whether underwater or urban.

The Doxa SUB 250T GMT is full of surprises, starting with how wearable it actually is. Despite the brand's reputation for tool watches and the robust aesthetic, this watch is much smaller than expected and sits comfortably on the wrist without ever feeling bulky or overbearing.
The bright orange dial is a real eye-catcher. It’s bold and playful with a real summer vibe, yet it never overwhelms. In fact, when paired with the fun, cushion-shaped case, it strikes an elegant balance that is deceptively sophisticated. This isn’t just a watch to admire from afar – it's one to throw on and wear everywhere.
However, make no mistake: this is a still a serious tool. With its steel case, 250 metres of water resistance and dual-function bezel, it feels built to withstand anything – and keep ticking. The GMT hand adds a practical and stylish touch, giving the watch an extra level of versatility for travel or everyday use.
At its core, the SUB 250T GMT is a watch that doesn't compromise. It’s sporty yet sophisticated, rugged yet refined – and, above all, great fun to wear.
