The “Crazy Flower Full Baguette” Reine de Naples wristwatch from Breguet in 18-carat white gold, is paved with 193 petals of diamonds baguette on a mobile setting. The dial flange is set with 66 diamonds whereas the inward-sloping dial is paved with 2016 diamonds. The off-centered chapter ring is set with 20 baguette-cut diamonds and the bracelet with 130 baguette-cut diamonds too. The self-winding movement can be admired through the sapphire caseback. This special piece is available with a satin bracelet as well. Approximately 82.36 total carats.
