Taking Flight Towards Monte Rosa

Taking Flight Towards Monte Rosa - Chopard
Focus on the Alpine Eagle 41 XPS

It first appeared in 2019 in a three-hand self-winding version. It took off the following year in the form of an XL chronograph, before turning heads with its flying tourbillon.

The Alpine Eagle collection is now being expanded with a new model embodying peak watchmaking sophistication. This time, Chopard has opted for an ultra-thin self-winding caliber. Chronometer-certified and bearing the Poinçon de Genève quality hallmark, it is equipped with Chopard Twin technology ensuring a 65-hour power reserve, as well as driving a small seconds display standing out at 6 o’clock on the textured “Monte Rosa” dial. The choice of an ultra-thin movement is often a guarantee of elegance. The 41mm case in Lucent Steel A223 – an alloy made from 85% recycled materials – features a very slim 8mm profile extended by an integrated bracelet with flexible links in recycled steel. A contemporary design and a demanding mechanism for this Alpine Eagle that continues spreading its wings to fly majestically over the sporty-chic universe.
