Micromechanics and motor racing are always a winning combination as Cyrus proves with a brand-new Formula 1 partnership

Cyrus recently announced an exciting new partnership with the Uralkali Hass F1 Team, where the Swiss watchmaker will now become the Formula 1 team’s Official Timekeeper. This follows the brand’s sponsorship of FIA Formula E racing driver Maximilian Günther earlier this year, reinforcing the brand’s love for the race track.

The Uralkali Hass F1

Team The Uralkali Hass F1 team is the youngest on the grid, having joined Formula 1 in 2016. The team was formed by industrialist Gene Haas who is founder of Haas Automation, the largest CNC machine tool builder in the United States. The American-based team has its headquarters in Kannapolis, North Carolina, at the same facility as Haas’s other championship-winning NASCAR Sprint Cup Series team, Stewart-Haas Racing.

The drivers are Nikita Mazepin and Mick Schumacher (Michael Schumacher’s son) who are photographed here wearing their new Cyrus watches a Klepcys Vertical Tourbillon for Schumacher and a Klepcys Alarm for Mazepin. The smiles say it all!
