Eberhard & Co. Super Limited Edition Contograph Camouflage
Eberhard & Co. issued a special Super Limited Edition of the Contograf chronograph, exclusively for senior officers in the Sultanate of Oman's Armed Forces.
The Sultanate of Oman, a trading and maritime empire that straddled Asia and Africa in its heyday and home to legendary sailors and explorers, is today one of the most beautiful Countries in the Arabian Peninsula. The Sultanate has been wisely ruled by His Highness the Sultan Qāboos bin Said Al Said and has gained an enviable reputation as one of the preferred destinations for world class international tourism. The Sultanate offers a smorgasbord of touristic, watersports, hiking and adventure sports possibilities.
“It is a great honour for Eberhard & Co, to receive the appointment to produce a dedicated special timepiece for senior officers of the Sultanate of Oman's Armed Forces,” said Mario Peserico, General Manager of Eberhard & Co.
This Special Edition of the Contograf is characterized by a mimetic dial “camouflage” in khaki and brown tones, with applied black indices, faceted. The ceramic bezel with unidirectional rotation serves as a frame for the tachometer scale inspired by automotive design. The case back of each watch is numbered and has a special engraving with the words “The Royal Oman Armed Forces” marking them out as collector’s watches.
