Two main subjects occupying a third of this summer issue are bound to delight watch enthusiasts. First of all, we are inaugurating a first for the magazine with the blessing of Vacheron Constantin, which saw the entire editorial staff of GMT and our WorldTempus site converge on the Manufacture for a day of intensive multimedia creativity. We look forward to sharing it with you in our new Immersion section. Another highlight is our Chronographs feature, which gave 13 watchmaking geniuses the chance to pick their favorite chronograph and share why they love it. Will you agree?
In any case, one of them named a Breguet, whose pair of new chronographs graces the front page. And the return Type 20 was indeed so eagerly awaited that we also devote a whole supplement to it. This chronograph theme is all the dearer to our publishing house in that our The Millennium Watch Book collection has also chosen it for its 2023 volume, as well as our Fine Watch Club for its next collab to be unveiled during Geneva Watch Days.

We can safely wager that collectors will also find this type of model among the one-of-a-kind models offered in the amazing Only Watch 2023 biennial auction, to be unveiled on 29 June and showcased on our WorldTempus website as well as in our GMT XXL edition that will be published on 29 August to mark the start of Geneva Watch Days of which GMT is a co-founder. All in all, plenty of magical moments are in store!
It so happens that 29 June also marks the launch of Tatler x GMT in Hong Kong, a co-edition between GMT and Asia’s leading luxury magazine, Tatler. Nor does our entrepreneurial spirit stop there, as we are jointly launching the Timeless event in Hong Kong at the end of September. This new happening for collectors and enthusiasts is initiated in partnership with Wristcheck, Asia’s Gen Z-favorite certified sales platform, and will notably host the travelling exhibition of the GPHG, for which GMT is also the official magazine. Passion in action, shining an even brighter light on watchmaking’s ever-broadening horizons.
As a WorldTempus reader, we are delighted to offer you the latest digital version of this GMT magazine that you can download here.
