The Swiss watch brand Longines has officially opened its new Boutique in the heart of Geneva (Switzerland), the international city par excellence and the cradle of fine watchmaking. Located on rue du Rhône, one of Switzerland’s best-known shopping streets, the new store uses a subtle blend of tradition and elegance to offer a truly stunning setting for the creations of the winged hourglass brand.
Longines now has a prestigious showcase in the heart of Geneva. The brand has opened its exceptional space at 40 rue du Rhône, one of the most popular shopping streets in Switzerland. Designed to be a tailor-made setting for the company’s creations and its history, the new boutique is an intimate invitation to be immersed in the world of Longines and to discover its many facets.
From the outside, the core values of winged hourglass company are highlighted by a sleek, elegant façade giving pride of place to a selection of carefully selected timepieces. Inside, a refined yet welcoming interior awaits, created with a skilful composition of different materials and colours.
Next, visitors discover iconic references to the brand’s universe, be it the privileged links it has forged through its long-standing passion for equestrian sports, or aviation.
The Boutique also houses a space dedicated to vintage Longines watches, the “Collector’s Corner”, which is a world first for the brand. There, customers can admire and acquire a choice of feminine and masculine pieces, all dating back more than 30 years, equipped with manufacture movements and in perfect condition. Each of these watches has been renovated and restored with the greatest care by specialist Longines watchmakers and comes with a certificate of authenticity and a two-year warranty.
