To mark the celebrations, Raymond Weil offers for the first time a chance to plunge deep into the heart of the Freelancer model with a new open-worked dial. A large aperture in the black galvanic dial opens up the beating heart of the self-winding RW4215 skeleton movement with its ruthenium finish.
The birthday outfit for this new model is all-black with a touch of gold: black PVD-steel case, black galvanic dial, black calfskin strap with black PVD folding clasp and contrasting rose gold-plated hands and hour markers. This model also celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Freelancer collection, which was launched by the third generation of the founding family in 2006.
“This contemporary design embodies the spirit of Raymond Weil: an independent family-owned company which has been cultivating its watchmaking expertise for 40 years with innovatively designed timeless creations,” say Elie Bernheim, Raymond Weil CEO and grandson of the company’s founder.
A suitable companion for a black-tie dinner to celebrate the brand’s 40th anniversary, the new Freelancer Skeleton fits in perfectly with the Freelancer collection, which already includes sporty chronographs such as the recent Freelancer Piper edition and gem-set watches for ladies.
