Designed for sports fans

Thanks to its new functions and redesigned strap, the TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Sport Edition 45 mm can monitor any sporting activity with an even wider range of data. With the release of a software update planned for mid-February, TAG Heuer has taken the opportunity to launch a new “Trail & Hiking” application for runners and hikers who love the mountains and going higher and further than anyone else. This new Sport Edition is distinguished at first glance by a new strap that is more than just aesthetically pleasing. The use of rubber enhances the wearer’s experience in action. The bracelet also features two color patterns with a fine mesh, an innovation that allows the skin to breathe better.

The strap of TAG Heuer’s latest Connected watch is also equipped with a pin buckle. User experiences and tests have shown that during exercise, it is not uncommon for the wrists of active men and women to gain some volume: the pin buckle allows the watch to fit perfectly to the user’s body while moving. This is crucial in order for the wearer to fully enjoy the experience of wearing the TAG Heuer Connected watch.

The TAG Heuer Connected’s in-house developers have added a new feature for this new edition: the fine-tuned use of the barometer makes it possible to track the gradients of sporting activities, a function that is very much in demand among TAG Heuer customers. This new feature is based on the potential of the TAG Heuer Connected Caliber E4 that powers its latest generation of connected watches.

Taking advantage of the barometer, the new Trail & Hiking activities feature will add to the watch’s multisport offering, enriching it even further. Changing the main metric to Altitude Gained allows the user to monitor their efforts during the session. This will also be available for post-session analysis on the TAG Heuer companion mobile app, so that the wearer can review their pace and how the altitude affected it. An additional screen exists to allow the user to track their altitude and see the minimum and maximum altitude during the session.

The last element to facilitate sports activities: the steel crown is now topped with a rubber insert on all 45-mm models, making it easier to grip. Demanding sports enthusiasts will greatly appreciate this new feature, as the rubberized crown can be used even with wet hands.

With its new strap design, optimized crown use, and new barometric functionality, the TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Sport Edition 45 mm remains true to the values of the pioneer in luxury connected watches: technology adapted to the needs of the wearer, functionalities that allow both amateur and professional athletes to achieve their personal goals, and a meticulous design that conveys natural and contemporary elegance.

The TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Sport Edition 45 mm has a black sandblasted titanium case, and the same material is used for the bracelet’s pin buckle. Titanium makes the watch lightweight and offers a refined style to a very sporty watch. The ceramic bezel further emphasizes the Connected watch’s polished look.

The TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Sport Edition 45 mm will be launched end of Janaury 2023. The dedicated strap is interchangeable and available in three colors: red, orange, and blue. The TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Sport Edition 45 mm will be launched end of Janaury 2023.
