After more than 90 years supplying pilots around the world with high-precision, high-performance watches and navigation instruments, Hamilton is further reinforcing its longstanding relationship with the world of aviation by becoming the official partner of the Swiss National Aerobatics Championship.

The Swiss National Aerobatics Championship will celebrate its 60th event from August 25 to 31, 2013, sealing the partnership between the Swiss Aerobatics Association (SAA) and Hamilton. Switzerland’s finest pilots will compete with dedication and passion in the Sportsmen, Intermediate, Advanced and Unlimited categories for the prestigious title of Swiss Aerobatics Champion.
Seven days of competition will feature loops, rolls, spins, inverted flights, snap rolls, tail slides and a variety of other exotic maneuvers. Whether in the Known, Free, Unknown or Freestyle programs, this will be a spectacular event in the skies of St Yan (France).
With a strong presence in Swiss aerodromes, Hamilton has particularly close links with Swiss pilots. Today, six of Switzerland’s top aerobatic pilots are flying the Hamilton flag. With its essential instruments for pilots, both accomplished and aspiring, Hamilton is also a partner of the SAA Hamilton Cup, which enables up-and-coming aerobatic pilots to fly in real competition conditions over the course of a weekend, notably with a view to competing in the National Championship.
