The rose once captured the imagination of visionary Yves Piaget with all its beauty and splendour, inspiring some of Piaget’s most spectacular jewellery creations. Yves Piaget’s passion was such that it was recognized when an international award-winning rose was named after him.
For the first ever Piaget Rose Day in 2013, guests were entertained with the performance by singer Melody Gardot under a star-filled sky in the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris. In 2014 each participating country will present its own unique interpretation of Piaget’s love story with this entrancing flower, so artfully immortalized for five decades in many distinctive Piaget jewellery and watch designs.
