Tiffany Cocktail - Tiffany & Co.
The new Tiffany Cocktail collection, inspired by a Tiffany watch from the 1920s, is a celebration of feminine elegance and glamour.

You could very easily picture the Tiffany Cocktail watch on the wrist of Daisy Buchanan, the mysterious heroine of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s 1925 novel The Great Gatsby, which gives a fascinating window into the Roaring Twenties in New York. This new collection, with its retro chic, is inspired by a chatelaine watch designed by Henry Blank & Co. for Tiffany in 1920.

With its distinctive oval case, newly updated for modern sensibilities, the Tiffany Cocktail is available in six exquisite models. Each one has a bezel and crown set with brilliant-cut diamonds. Four models have a white or black guilloché dial complete with Roman numerals, which add to the feminine charm. This elegant timepiece also comes in two stunning versions with a diamond-encrusted dial. The delicate elongated oval case in rose or white 18 karat gold is fitted with a black satin strap secured with a diamond-set buckle.

The Tiffany Cocktail is driven by a two-handed Swiss made quartz movement, making the watch precise as well as precious. Precision is something Tiffany & Co has cultivated since 1853, the year when Mr Tiffany unveiled his Atlas clock. This immense 3-metre clock, which has become a symbol of the American watchmaker and jeweller, still has pride of place on the historic façade of Tiffany’s 5th Avenue store, where it remains both an important landmark and an invaluable point of reference for busy New Yorkers.
