The Woodward and Maison Blancpain have joined forces to present a unique chocolate creation by Pastry Chef Titouan Claudet for Easter

The pastry chef drew his inspiration from one of Blancpain's flagship masterpieces, which underlines with elegance and refinement the expertise of the goldsmiths of time. The "Le Carrousel" egg unveils a delicate almond and coffee praline, a creamy caramel with coffee and Gruyère cream, and a caramelized almond crisp. The confection is covered in Felchlin Maracaibo dark chocolate. This limited edition is available exclusively on the online shop and priced at CHF 95. The pick-up is scheduled onsite from 26 March to 2 April (reservation 24 hours in advance). Profits from the sale will be donated to the Action Innocence foundation.

Blancpain has had a special relationship with top Michelin-starred chefs since the 1980s, and one of its first friends of the brand was the famous chef, Joël Robuchon. In Geneva, the Woodward is home to L'Atelier Robuchon, awarded two Michelin stars and the eponymous chef's only address in Switzerland, run by Executive Chef, Olivier Jean. When Haute Horlogerie meets haute cuisine, the talent of the craftsmen, the respect for tradition, the transmission of invaluable know-how, the precision of gestures, the challenge of innovation and the excellence of the products are all shared values. Blancpain and The Woodward are thus subtly highlighting the Métiers d'Art. The world's oldest watchmaking brand, based in the Swiss Jura, and Geneva's newest luxury hotel, a true masterpiece of the renowned Oetker Collection on the shores of Lake Geneva, are deploying their incomparable expertise in a pursuit for excellence, in the service of the art of fine watchmaking, haute gastronomy, unrivalled hospitality and impeccable quality of service.
