For 2,700 years, Bulgari encapsulates Roman culture, and inspired by Italian aesthetics. In December 2015, the brand celebrates the luxurious Italian lifestyle by bringing “The Sparkling Bulgari Roman Holiday” to Statue Square Central, joins hands with Hong Kong Tourism Board to spread eternal love and passion in this season.
“The Sparkling Bulgari Roman Holiday” official lighting ceremony on 4 December ushers the 29-day event, intertwining an Italian Christmas with starry Constellation of BVLGARI, contemporary Christmas trees and the street of Condotti. The impressive Serpenti luminaire embeds more than 50,000 LED lights, creating the effect of a scaled body of a serpent with 14m tall. After travelling to metropolitan districts such as New York, Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai and Taiwan, Hong Kong is its 6th stop.
Apart from the sparkling Christmas installation, You can enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and colourful Confetti while taking instant photos to send greetings to your friends overseas. All proceeds during the event will be donated to Save The Children Hong Kong, as a blessing to vulnerable children.
In conjunction with the lighting event, the Bugari boutique store at Landmark Chater will hold a “Serpenti Collection” exhibition, showcasing a series of classic works inspired by Serpenti, including high-end jewelry, Greater China-exclusive limited-edition wristwatches, rare leather bags and accessories, and antique Serpenti works from Bulgari Hertiage Department.
