The rather smart lines of this Clifton watch are reminiscent of the Golden Fifties, the creative heyday of watchmaking in Europe. In this release, Baume & Mercier plays with shades of black on the dials to create three new timepieces of flawless elegance: two for men and one for women.

This highly classical watch features a world-class automatic Swiss movement (Dubois Dépraz 9000) and displays the hours, minutes and seconds as well as the date on a fourth center hand, the moon phase (nestled in a counter at 6 o'clock) and the day and month (in two apertures at 12 o'clock). With a generous size of 43 mm, the steel case features a stylish effect of polished/satin finishes and is perfectly accented with a brown alligator strap. The delicately sun satin-finished slate-colored dial combined with gilded Arabic numerals adds a modern-vintage flair enhanced by the domed sapphire crystal case back.
