For Geneva Watch Days, the Beauregard brand is rolling out its most beautiful summer shades by presenting its Dahlia and Lili Bouton collections in a color as warm as the summer of 2022: coral red. Dahlia Red Coral
The brand's signature Dahlia watch model made a big splash right from the outset: 2018 marked not only its launch, but also its nomination as one of the watches preselected for the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève, no less! Having so far expressed its pure designs through neutral and light colors, it has now been treated to new look in line with the summer heat wave. Gone are the white petals and the blue strap, as it appears attired in coral red petals and a matching strap. This year, the Dahlia is showing us another facet of its personality and strong character!
Its temperament is matched by its performance and design. Endowed with a 70-hour power reserve and water-resistant to 50 meters, the Dahlia is driven by a central tourbillon, covered by a flower-shaped white gold cage. To accompany this exceptional complication, Beauregard has drawn upon its jewelry expertise in adorning its creation with a dial composed of 144 diamonds and 48 precious hand-polished coral-red petals. A further 330 diamonds sparkle on the 38.8 mm white gold case, for a total of 1.44 carats. The crown takes the shape of a white gold bud in full bloom, revealing the fiery temperament of the Dahlia with a polished coral red gemstone.
Lili Bouton Red Coral
While less extravagant than its sister, the Lili Bouton Red Coral model with its smaller 33 mm case and thinner petals is no less striking. Showcasing the same petals as the Dahlia, this quartz timepiece features a sleek coral red dial with petal-shaped openworked hours and minutes hands ensuring optimal legibility. This sparkling appearance is accompanied by the refined touch of 116 diamonds set on the dial and pink gold case. The beige leather strap beautifully matches the warm color of the metal. The result is a dainty, discreet and sophisticated watch with a little touch of madness. The apparent "simplicity" of the watch might suggest that less is more, yet in this instance the extensive jewelry work required proves that more really is more.
